Refunds

Will I receive 100% of my original payment back?

If you've changed your mind about your order, we will refund the entire amount except minus credit card transaction fees (anywhere between 2.9-4% depending on where you are located).

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are handled through our payment processing provider, Stripe.

When will I receive my refund?

If you've just cancelled your order, you should see the amount appear in your bank account in approximately 5-7 business days. If you still don't see it after this time period, please  let us know  .

I cancelled my order, however, I recently cancelled the card I used to place it. Will I still get my money back?

This is actually a fairly common scenario. Credit card companies are very good at being able to find a way to put the money back on your bank account. Please wait 5-7 business days after cancelling, and you should see it show up on your account. If after this period of time it does not appear, please  let us know  and we'll be able to escalate it with our credit card processor.
