Pebble Time 2
The first Pebble Time 2s are arriving as we speak (check out some of the posts on Reddit!). You can read more about shipping times on our latest blog post
We're not able to estimate when your specific Pebble Time 2 will ship out. There are many factors that may affect this (color selection, destination country, items in order etc). We expect to finish shipping all Pebble Time 2 preorders by the end of July, but delays may occur.
To confirm your shipping address as well as choose the color of your Time 2 watch (or watches if you ordered multiple) you can use your order confirmation page.
Index 01
As of today, we’ve manufactured over 700 Index 01 rings. We have 11,000 more to build for everyone who has placed a pre-order, but the wheels are turning and we’re ramping up. This is a completely new type of product for us compared to watches, so things have taken a bit longer to hit our stride. Sorry for the delays but we want to get this right! One major difference from watch production is the relatively huge number of different variations (3 colours * 7 sizes).
Over the next few weeks, we’ll be expanding the beta test (apply to join, USA preferred). After that, we’ll begin shipping out many more rings. Our goal is to finish shipping out all preorders by the beginning of August. Unfortunately we will not be able to answer any questions about when specifically your ring will ship out. We ship according to the initial preorder timestamp, but factors like ring size, colour and destination country may affect the exact shipping order.
In the meantime, please use this time to get your finger sized (if you haven't already) Go to orders.repebble.com to order a sizing kit, 3D print one or visit a jeweler.

Eric was in China 2 weeks ago reviewing the latest pre-production samples. He found a cosmetic issue that we needed to fix (an indentation from CNC milling near where the watch lug connects to the watch case - see picture). It was a tough call, because we were so close to starting mass production. We’re modifying the metal-injection-moulding tooling now to avoid this CNC cut. We really wish we could have started mass production sooner, but we guarantee that it will be worth the wait!
