Hi! You were sent to this webpage because you're experiencing problems with recordings on your Pebble Index 01. This guide will walk you through our troubleshooting process for diagnosing these problems.

Here's what to do:

  1. Hold your Pebble Index 01 approximately 5cm away from your mouth. Make three separate recordings by pressing and holding the button on your ring, and make sure the microphone hole is clear of obstructions (such as debris, or your finger). Talk loudly, but do not shout.

    1. 'one-two-three-four-five'

    2. 'six-seven-eight-nine-ten'

    3. 'eleven-twelve-thirteen-fourteen-fifteen'

  2. You should now have three new recordings in your Index feed:

  3. Tap the last recording. Tap the bug report icon at the top right corner of the screen, and fill out a new bug report EXACTLY as shown below.

    1. The description should be: Requested by Pebble Support. Index 01 troubleshooting.

    2. Make sure Include Recording and Include Recent Recordings are checked and submit.

  4. After submitting the bug report, open it by going to Settings -> Get Help -> View My Bug Reports. We'll be in touch within 24 hours (48 over the weekend)!
