If the lights are not working on your Index 01:
If your ring is already paired to your phone: hold your ring next to your phone with the app open and click the button. If it is not successful the first time, follow the instructions for SOS Mode (Step 3) below. If it continues to not light up, submit a bug report in the app.
If your ring is not paired to your phone: Attempt to add your Index 01 via the app (Step 4 below) and click it to wake it, the app should restore it and then you can pair.
If you aren't seeing recordings transfer to the Pebble app or are having connection issues (but the ring is lighting up), follow the steps below to remove and repair your Index 01.
Step 0: try force quitting or closing the Pebble app, then open it again and click the button on your Index 01 to start syncing. This will often fix most connection issues. If not, try restarting your phone, opening Pebble app and clicking ring button. If that doesn't work, continue to step 1.
Step 1: Unpair your ring on your phone. Find Index 01 in your phone's Bluetooth settings and choose to forget / unpair it.

Step 2: Remove your Index from the Pebble app by tapping Devices > ••• on the right side of the screen next to Pebble Index > Remove

Step 3: Reset the ring by pressing the button in an 'SOS' sequence as shown below.

If successful, you'll see the light flash red, green, and blue. The light may be very faint in bright environments. That is normal.
Now that your Index 01 has been removed from your phone and reset, it's time to add it to the Pebble app.
Step 4: Tap Add Index 01 (bottom right corner), press the button on your ring, then Pair.
